How does Commonwealth Properties Rewards work?
You earn points every time you dine with us, stay with us and celebrate with us – you even earn points when you use a personal trainer or get a massage! Each dollar you spend with Commonwealth Properties earns one point. For every 250 points earned you will receive a $10 reward, which you can use towards dining, celebrating or hotel stays.
You will also receive special gifts for your birthday month, your anniversary and during our surprise promotions!
It’s simple and it’s fun. You will have the opportunity to earn points at our participating properties including:

Q: Is there a maximum amount of points I can earn?
A: Absolutely not, earn away!
Q: Will I earn points during happy hour?
A: Yes, you will, so come enjoy!
Q: Do I earn points on tax and tip?
A: No, points are not earned from tax and tips.
Q: If I’m a tenant or a member of the University Club of Saint Paul or the Saint Paul Athletic Club, can I earn points from my monthly dues?
A: No, however you will receive a special bonus for becoming a rewards member.
Q: What if I and another rewards member go out to dinner or stay at the hotel and I want to pay for the entire bill. Can I decide to have the points divided between the two of us?
A: No, only the member who is paying can earn points for this visit.
Q: Will I earn points for private events?
A: Of course! Private events earn 0.25 points for every dollar spent on food, beverage, and room rental fees.
Q: What happens to my points at the end of the year?
A: Nothing! They keep on growing!
Q: What exactly can I earn points from?
A: You will earn points from dining, hotel room nights, hotel add-ons, massages, personal training sessions, nutrition services, swimming lessons, private events (see restrictions) and retail.
Q: When do I receive a reward?
A: For every 250 points you earn, you will receive a $10 reward.
Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Yes, they expire three years from the date they are earned.
Q: Can I use my rewards at any property?
A: Yes, you may use your rewards towards dining, hotel room nights, hotel add-ons, massages, personal training sessions, nutrition services, swimming lessons, private events and retail.
Q: If I’m a tenant or a member of the University Club of Saint Paul or the Saint Paul Athletic Club, can I use rewards towards my monthly dues?
Q: Can I use my rewards with other coupons/offers?
Q: Can I use my rewards during happy hour?
Q: If I earn over 250 points on one transaction, can I use my reward towards payment on the same transaction?
A: No, rewards earned from one transaction are only redeemable towards future transactions. But they can use it on the same day, right? Have dinner, earn $10 and use it for a nightcap in the bar, yes? I think that’s how it works….
Q: Can my business or organization become a member?
A: No, only individuals may become a member.
Q: Can my membership expire?
A: Yes, if you haven’t earned points in 18 months your account will be suspended. With a suspended account, you will not receive any promotional offers until you start earning points again. After three years of your account being inactive, your account will be cancelled.
Q: Can an employee become a member?
A: Yes, however employees may not earn points or redeem rewards while utilizing any employee discounts/promotions.
Transactions and Account Access:
Q: How can I view my account transactions/information?
A: There are two easy ways.
1. Go online to commonwealthproperties.com/rewards and log into your account. You will be able to see transaction history, point total and account information
2. Download the Commonwealth Properties Rewards mobile app. This app will give you a quick, easy way to access your Account information.
Q: Can I add past transactions that I did not receive points for?
A: Yes, as long as you were a member at the time of the transaction you may receive credit up to 30 days from the date of your purchase by:
1) scanning your receipt and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, member number and phone number to ensure accuracy.
2) complete the form at: commonwealthproperties.com/Rewardsrequest
Gift Card Purchases and Redemption:
Q: Can I purchase a Commonwealth Properties gift card with my rewards?
Q: Do I earn points for purchasing a gift card?
Q: If a property is offering double points and I purchase a gift card there, do I get double points?
Q: Can I earn points by paying with a Commonwealth Properties gift card?
Lost or Stolen Membership Cards:
Q: What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
A: Contact us as soon as possible at, email@example.com.
Q: If my card is lost or stolen and someone redeems my points, can I retain those rewards?
A: Unfortunately, no. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, so please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if your card is lost or stolen, firstname.lastname@example.org.
