Menus
We have created Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Information and Wine menus/packets for private events. You can view the menus/packets by selecting from the tabs at the top of the page.
Rental Fee & Cancellation Policy
Payment of the rental fee is required for a private room at the time of booking. This fee is not refundable. Any function cancelled within 5 business days of the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the rooms food & beverage minimum (see Minimum Purchase below). The charge will be billed to the credit card number on file and a reciept will be mailed.
Minimum Purchase
Evenings only, a $500.00 minimum purchase of food and beverage is required for the Fireside Room, a $1000.00 minimum purchase of food and beverage is required for the Sophie's Room, and a $1500.00 minimum purchase of food and beverage is required for the Dacotah Room.

Dacotah Room:
A warm and inviting space graced by original artwork, a tin ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace and a view of our 3,000-bottle wine cellar. Located in the lower level. Accommodates up to 48 guests.

Guarantee
Confirmation of the function details, estimated guest count and menu selections must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the event. The final Guarantee for total guest count must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the function. W.A. Frost will charge (evenings only) for the final number reserved.
Service Charges
All food and beverages must be purchased through W.A. Frost and Company. All private functions are subject to a 20% gratuity and sales tax.
Payment
One bill will be presented and must be paid in full at the conclusion of the function. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Diner's Club are accepted.

Fireside Room:
This room offers a brick, woodburning fireplace, large windows overlooking the garden patio and seating for up to 16 guests.

Menu Selection
Confirmation of the menu selections must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the event. Menu selections and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact the Event Coordinator or the website for the most current menus before making your final selection. Select one item for the starter, dessert, and cheese course. Select up to a maximum of three choices for the entree course. WA Frost will print a custom menu for you. *Fireside Room Only* Full dining room menu available. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE RESTAURANT.
Bar Service
W.A. Frost and Company offers a full-service bar. Our service staff will provide a host bar or cash bar for your party.

Sophie's Room:
Distinguishing decor in this room includes a vast Italian mural, beautiful antiques, French doors and a floral ceiling. Accommodates up to 40 guests.
